Come join us at the Milton H. Latter Memorial Library for a much-needed workshop on overcoming burnout. Burnout can happen to anyone: parents, college students, young professionals, and seasoned experts. But, you don’t have to live with it.
You'll leave this in-person event with an understanding of what causes burnout, what it can look/feel like, strategies for managing symptoms, and suggestions for creating supportive habits. Plus, you'll receive a small workbook so you can repeat the activities at home or with others.
