Fri-yay Mid-day Flow!

Start your weekend off right with an empowering and aligning mid-day class in City Park! Zoe is bringing her fun and powerful flows under the peristyle Fridays at 12pm, noon. Class is all-levels and modifications are offered for more advanced poses.

Location: Under the peristyle in City Park located at 42 Dreyfous Dr, New Orleans, LA 70124. Free parking is aplenty. ** If the Peristyle happens to be occupied, we will move the class to the Great Lawn, directly across the street.

There are two ticket types available:

1. Pay on Eventbrite Ticket - check out here and you're all set!
2. Pre-Pay via Venmo Ticket - check out and send $10 via Venmo (@nolavibeyoga) include your name(s) + class date + class name in the description.

Details:

• Limited mat rentals are available for $3 each. Please try and let us know ahead of time!
• Suggested items to bring: mat, sweat towel & water.
