About this Event
Your power has always been yours. Now, it’s time to reclaim it!
You’ve been showing up, pushing through, and doing what’s expected—but have you ever stopped to ask yourself why? Why do you make the choices you do? Why do certain patterns keep repeating? Why do you feel stuck when you know you’re meant for more?
The What’s Your WHY Workshop, hosted by Ashton Lynne Rondon (founder of Women Who Werk and the Women Without Limits Movement), is more than just a workshop—it’s an experience designed to help you break free from what’s holding you back, gain deep clarity about your story, and confidently step into your power.
In this exclusive transformational session, you’ll explore the moments that have shaped you, uncover hidden patterns, and create a powerful vision for your future. With compassionate guidance, thought-provoking exercises, and a supportive environment, you’ll walk away feeling more aligned, empowered, and ready to take action.
What You’ll Gain:
🔥 Clarity—Uncover the defining moments that have shaped your path.
🔥 Self-Acceptance—Own your story and embrace your journey.
🔥 Empowerment—Discover what you truly want and why it matters.
🔥 Action—Create a meaningful goal with a real plan to make it happen.
This isn’t about just dreaming—it’s about doing. It’s about stepping into the next chapter of your life with intention, courage, and a sense of purpose.

About Women Without Limits Movement
The Women Without Limits Movement, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, supports economically disadvantaged women and women of color by giving them access to the tools and resources they need to take their lives to the next level. These include training to improve pro-social skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking and personal, financial, educational, and professional goals throughout their life journey.
We believe women can experience more success when navigating and managing life’s challenges and successes without sabotaging themselves. By giving women free and low-cost access to our partner training and signature experiences, the yearly Women Without Limits Power Summit and WerkIt Awards, women can invest more into their lifestyles without missing out on opportunities to improve their lives.
