Reconnection Fitness is turning ONE this year, can you believe it?! Time has flown by, and I’m so grateful for a year filled with new faces, good vibes, and lots of movement. 💪💃🏽
To celebrate, I’m putting together an event that brings together everything we love but bigger, better, and yes… maybe a little chaotic (in the best way)! 😜 All activities will be taking place at the Wick Recreational Area at Mill Creek Park. 🌳

➡️ 3 mile 🏃‍♂️ run / 1 mile 🚶‍♀️ walk
