Join us for an in-person immersive experience designed to help you tap into your body's wisdom and feel more connected to your feminine cycles.

Women who are connected to their feminine wisdom and the lunar cycles are rooted in their core. Without a doubt they know and can be all of who they truly are. To be this is to sense and feel your pelvic floor and know your body on an intimate level.

In this workshop you will:

* Understand how nervous system dysregulation creates a disconnection from self on a spiritual level and shows up as pelvic floor issues, poor breathing, and shoulder and jaw tension in your body.

* Learn how to down regulate your nervous system and reconnect with the wisdom of your pelvic floor using Somatic techniques that release long held tension and energetic blocks improving strength and function of the pelvic floor

* Then dive deeper into the knowledge and understanding of the feminine framework for inner shifts in energy and emotion across life’s seasons and monthly rhythms to access deeper creativity, intuition and balance moving from outward energy to inner wisdom and back again.

* Unite with the four women within to recognize and honour their value and reclaim the sacred aspects of your natural cycles in a guided sound journey of Radical Forgiveness, reconnecting with your innate feminine power and wisdom.
