Over two hours, we’ll rotate through invigorating wood-fired sauna sessions and cold plunge cycles, allowing your body and mind to experience the incredible benefits of hot and cold therapy. We’ll also be joined by a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping Practitioner, who will guide us through a gentle tapping session focused on cultivating more love, self-connection, and inner calm.
