Join us for an overnight retreat designed to nurture your spirit and deepen your relationship with yourself. Escape the everyday and immerse yourself in an evening and morning of self-care, reflection, and connection.
Your journey begins with a delicious reiki infused dinner to nourish your body, followed by a pampering session featuring a foot soak, luxurious face masks and soothing hand massages – a perfect way to unwind and embrace relaxation. As the evening unfolds, we'll tap into our inner desires by manifesting what we truly want for our lives using flash paper for a powerfully symbolic ritual. Discover new ways to embrace yourself through a guided session on how to hug and nurture yourself, fostering a sense of comfort and self-compassion. We'll then embark on a cosmic journey calling in your soul group from the stars and ask for messages and guidance on your self love journey.
Wake up refreshed and ready to greet the morning with gentle movements out in nature, invigorating your senses and connecting with the natural world. A wholesome breakfast will be provided, leaving you feeling renewed, empowered, and deeply connected to your inner self. We'll then go into a transformative group hypnosis session to uncover where we may have lost love for ourselves, paving the way for healing and rediscovery.
Our retreat culminates with a heartfelt exercise: writing a love letter to yourself, a beautiful testament to your worth and a commitment to self-acceptance.

Cost is $44 per person, we only have enough room for 6 people to attend so make sure you get your ticket ASAP!
You'll want to bring something to sleep on (air mattress, cot, etc) as you'll be on the floor. We do have a home made floor couch and another actual floor couch. Also be sure to bring a pillow, blanket, anything needed for over night.
We will have fresh spring water available for everyone!
There are grape vines, apple trees and more in the side yard connected to where we'll be that you'll be free to walk through. There's also a lake about 30 minutes away for anyone who wants to go swimming once the retreat is finished, just bring your suit and a towel!
