Reconnect / Protect Workshop
Join me on a guided journey through a series of meditations, including a powerful chakra cleansing meditation. You’ll learn more about the seven major chakras, how they affect your energy, and how to bring them into balance.
We'll explore how to use positive affirmations to support your well-being and mindset, and you’ll be invited to reflect and create using pen and paper a chance to craft a personal and unique piece just for that day.
You’ll also learn techniques to cleanse your energy field and how to protect yourself energetically.
We’ll then sit in the power of an opportunity to connect deeply with your inner self, your guides, angels, or loved ones in spirit.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a tea or coffee break a perfect time to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with others in the group.
To close the session, each participant will receive a personal card pull with intuitive guidance.
Deposit: A 100€ deposit is required to secure your place, as spots are limited.The rest of the balance of 70€ is due on the day of the workshop.
We will have lunch together, including sandwiches and soup at the hotel, which is included in the price. We will also have tea and coffee breaks throughout the day.
