Do you find yourselves repeatedly ending up in the same conflicts, where one withdraws and the other chases for connection? This workshop helps couples create emotional safety and strengthen their bond.We will work based on Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidence-based approach that incorporates attachment theory and systemic therapy. It focuses on how secure emotional contact is the key to strong and healthy relationships.
Purpose of the workshop:
The aim of the workshop is to help you as a couple strengthen your relationship and communication with each other. We work with concrete tools you can use in everyday life.
The workshop consists of two parts:
1️⃣ Understanding the relationship – We explore the patterns and dynamics that can create distance or conflicts in a relationship. As participants, you will learn to recognise your own and your partner’s feelings, needs, and reaction patterns, which often underlie disagreements.
2️⃣ Practical exercise – Through guided exercises you will practice new ways of communicating and responding that foster closeness, empathy, and understanding. The focus is on creating concrete experiences of emotional contact where both feel seen and heard.
The goal is that you leave with:
• Clarity about negative patterns and emotional needs.
• Practical tools to break conflict routines and strengthen closeness.
• A sense of greater safety, understanding, and mutual connection in the relationship.
The workshop is held in English.
Sign up by sending an email to [email protected] no later than October 20th. Price: 650 DKK/person.
If you have any questions, you are also very welcome to write to our email.
