Join us for Recognizing Great Workplaces, Shaping Great Workplaces—a chance to celebrate what makes workplaces great and explore how to shape even better ones.

Paula T. Hammond, Dean, School of Engineering, and Martin F. Schlecht, Founder and CEO, SynQore, and former MIT faculty member, discuss their leadership journeys in academia and industry and the thriving work cultures they shaped along the way. Through personal stories and anecdotes, they will explore the challenges they faced, their common (and differing) experiences in leadership roles, and the leadership skills they wished they had when they began their careers.
