Come join us for a powerful gathering at Oldhand Coffee Downtown Langley.

The Reclamation Women's Circle is a safe space for women + femmes to come together, share stories, and support each other.

THE INVITATION:

Gathering in community circles is an ancient practice spanning across cultures. Something profound happens when we share our stories in trusted, brave spaces that allow us to learn, grow, heal, and reclaim our truest selves.

At each circle, we will enjoy a light meal together, participate in a sharing circle, and dig deeper into an embodiment practice to connect us back to ourselves, each other, and the earth.

Every month we explore a topic relating to embodiment, justice, sexuality, and relationships.

This month we are excited to have a special guest with us, Emily of Mouja Moon, and she will be sharing "Cycle Magic from Menarche to Menopause" . This is a deep dive conversation on all things womb care, fertility awareness, cyclical living - including how to care for yourself through hormonal shifts ranging from pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and more. Together we will return to knowledge that has been passed down through the generations but often feels unknown to many of us today. Bring a journal with you to capture all the juicy wisdom!

About Your Host:

Tara Teng (she/her) is an Embodiment Coach and Somatic Pracitioner who works in the intersections of spirituality and sexuality. She helps people find their way back to their bodies, overcome shame, heal trauma and dismantle purity culture in a way that is in alignment with their values and beliefs so that they can build a healthy, sexual ethic and thrive in freedom and wholeness.

Aside from her 1:1 coaching, Tara hosts women’s circles, workshops, online classes and retreats on the topics of embodiment, justice, sexuality, and relationships. Her debut book, ” was published June 2023 from Broadleaf Books and Dundurn Press and is available in print, e-book and audiobook everywhere books are sold.
