Reclamation of the Voice One of the biggest chains we face is the resistance to speak our truth and show up authentically.
Through fears of being judged, exiled and criticised, we chose to play small and hide our light. This is no longer the way.
What to expect?
In this workshop we step into our authorship to rewrite the story that has been branded upon us and the generations before.
This is our refinement, our season of looking within to recognise the gold that resides there. We will explore various writing exercises to engage our creativity, quieten the noise and tune into our own unique resonance.
Throughout the evening we will be tending to both our internal world and also our external expression, engaging in practices such as:
• Herbal Tea Tasting
• Guided Meditation
• Somatic Practices
• Vocal Toning
• Breathing Exercises
• Journal Prompts
• Creative Writing
• Spoken Word
• Conscious Movement
Autumn is the fire that forges and refines the gold within, it is the return to that which is sacred. Let us take authority over our voice.

What to bring?
We will be providing tools to write and notebooks but please feel free to bring
your own equipment.
