Reclaiming your wild

We will meet at elephant rooms at 6pm and complete the short walk to Upperdown Meadows together.

The evening will consist of:

• 🍫 Cacao or herbal tea
• 🌑 Guided meditation; connecting into that primal/wild self
• 🗣️ Chanting ; voice, sound and collective energy
• 🐺 Reclaiming-the-wild ritual; shedding people-pleasing/conditioning and calling the Wild Woman back
• 💃 Movement / embodied practice
• 🌹 Yoni yoga; pelvic/yoni-focused embodied movement
• 🌿 Yoni steam offering; as an optional ritual element
• 🔥 Fire release / transformation ritual
• 🌕 Moon ritual; working with the full-moon/harvest energy
• 🌾 Ancestral feminine connection — tapping into that image of women gathering around fires, remembering the women who came before
