The NeuroNest Hub – Free Neurodivergent Community Drop-In
About this Event
🌿 The NeuroNest Hub 🌿
Parenting, and life in general, can feel overwhelming — especially when you or your family are neurodivergent.
The NeuroNest Hub is a free, welcoming community drop-in space for:
- Autistic individuals
- ADHD individuals
- Neurodivergent adults
- Parents & carers of neurodivergent children
But most importantly…💛 All are welcome — as long as you are kind, open-minded and non-judgemental
💛 What is The Hub?
The NeuroNest Hub is a relaxed, real-life support space — not clinical, not formal, just human.
A place where:
- You don’t have to explain yourself
- Your child can be themselves
- You can ask questions, share experiences, or just sit with a coffee
🌿 What to expect:
Each session may include:
- 🧠 Parent information & support station
- 🎨 Creative / craft activities
- 🧸 Sensory & chill space
- 🍓 Simple food or snack activities
- ☕ A place to sit, chat or just take a breather
Or… you can simply come and exist — no pressure 💛

🌍 Why we’re doing this:
Because support shouldn’t feel clinical.Because community shouldn’t be hard to find.Because no one should feel like they’re doing this alone.
We are also raising awareness — creating a space where neurodivergent lives are seen, understood and accepted in everyday environments 💫
⚠️ Important Information:
- This is a free, informal community space
- All children must remain supervised by a parent/carer
- This is not a drop-off service
- Sessions are relaxed and may vary week to week
