Reclaiming Sexual Energy: A Self- Pleasure Workshop
Your sexual energy is a dial for aliveness in your life. It expands your connection to the present moment, brings spark to your creations, and deepens intimacy. It is your sensuality and your pleasure.
How conscious are you of your sexual energy throughout the day? Do you notice your sexual energy when the wind blows on the tips of your ears? Can you feel it circulating when the sun is warming your back? Do you only let it flow while flirting or having sex? Even then, is your access to sexual energy limited by shame or doing it right? How does it really go for you?
Reclaiming Sexual Energy is a space to bring your sexual energy, however it currently is, to experiment with what else is possible. We will raise our sexual energy to become more conscious of it and expand your body’s ability to hold this energy and practice flowing it in service of your aliveness. This will be a space to discover your blocks, to unearth and heal shame and other reactivities, and to practice being in your own center around others.
We will be doing a solo self-pleasure practice. Please bring a towel or wrap to lay on. We will be in partial states of undress for much of this event. Come rewire your shame and fears about your own sexual energy and let your body unfold in its aliveness.

Meredith is a researcher of sensuality, empowerment, aliveness, and pleasure, and how other people can access those things. She helps people de-numb their bodies, release energetic stiffness, and heal emotional shame. She holds intimacy journeys for couples to experiment with getting vulnerable in the heart with each other. She has trained in modern-day energetic healing through Possibility Management and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. In a past life, she was a second grade teacher.
