Healing after harm can feel overwhelming. Reclaiming Safety & Self is a monthly support group created for LGBTQIA+ individuals impacted by intimate partner violence (IPV) who are looking for community, understanding, and tools for healing.
Together, we’ll explore safety, boundaries, resilience, identity, and what it means to reconnect with yourself after harm, in a space grounded in support, compassion, and understanding.
