Mid life is not a crisis but a powerful threshold where we’re invited to pause, reflect, and step into a new phase of life.
Join me for a day dedicated to remembering and reclaiming parts of yourself you may have set aside, and stepping into the unknown with curiosity and courage.
Included:
🧘‍♀️ Nourishing, gentle yoga, supportive & uplifting movement for all bodies.
🌿 Mindful nature walk, a chance to connect with the season and to regulate our nervous systems.
🤍 Sharing circle, a safe space to drop masks and share our experiences.
🍲 Homemade lunch, hearty, grounding vegan/veggie lunch.
✍️ Journalling, guided prompts for discovery and reframing.
🌙 Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) for deep rest and integration
