At Reclaim Your Power, we're bringing women and girls together for a full day of practical skills, expert knowledge, and genuine community connection; completely free of charge.
We know that 1 in 4 women experience violence in their lifetime. We know that women modify their behaviour every single day; changing routes, avoiding certain times, second-guessing decisions; just to feel safer. And we know that traditional self-defence classes are often male-led, expensive, and intimidating, putting off the very women who need them most.
That stops here.
Reclaim Your Power has been designed from the ground up by women, for women. Whether you're 14 or 64, whether you've never thrown a punch in your life or you just want to feel more confident walking home at night; this day is for you.

🔥 Confidence-building workshops — boundary-setting, voice projection, and owning the space you walk into
🔥 Accessible movement session — gentle, inclusive activity designed for every body
