Join Ali Avery & Angela Smith for this lively, energetic day of power and connection!We'll begin with a therapeutic drumming session led by Ali: Who wants to drum and feel like a kid again? This therapeutic drumming session that will leave you smiling ear to ear!
After some replenishing refreshments, Angela will lead a sacred women's circle designed to empower.
After lunch, we have the awesome Shamanic Power Retrieval: We often spend a lot of time and energy giving our personal power to work/commitments/relationships/family. This can leave us feeling drained and we might struggle to find motivation to do the things we love. However, all is not lost! This incredible Shamanic power retrieval session will help us to reconnect with our lost power and re-discover who we are again. We also find out who our animal guides are too!
To round off this day of energy and power, Angela will deliver a sound bath designed to restore and energise.
