If you want to invite more calmness into your life, this workshop is for you! Discover how to tap into a greater sense of calm and take control of your well-being. In this workshop, we will learn about the nervous system and go over simple, effective tools to support emotional and physical balance.
About your hosts Dr. Van & Isabela:
Dr. Van is a chiropractor who is passionate about nervous system & her practice is centered around helping patients understand their bodies holistically, fostering a deeper connection to the body. She approaches chiropractic care with compassion, aiming to empower individuals to feel more attuned and balanced in their physical well-being.
Isbela is a certified yoga instructor and mindset coach dedicated to empowering women in service roles to heal from burnout and reconnect with their purpose. Her journey began in 2015 when she turned to yoga to navigate her own struggles with burnout and chronic pain. What started as a personal practice became a calling, leading her to complete over 500 hours of yoga training and develop tools to help women like you create space for yourself, reclaim your energy, and live with greater fulfillment.
