About Jackie Galvin

From what appeared on the outside as a very successful career in advertising, a loving family, a warm home, cars in the driveway, and bills paid, Jackie’s internal world was anything but successful. Jackie found herself feeling separate, alone, stressed, resentful and totally burnt out. The daily grind of doing what was expected of her, eventually took its toll on her mentally and emotionally, her health, her family, and her career.

Once Jackie was given the gift to step back, slow down, observe and examine what was truly important to her on the inside, her life began to change in small ways at first, and then in miraculous ways. She felt alive, passionate, happy, curious, compassionate, deeply connected to everything around her including nature and the planet. Her relationships began to blossom, and she once again began to experience a heart filled life from a place of love, honesty, truth, and integrity.

If you are tired, lonely, stressed, exhausted, and know that something, anything, everything must change, know that it is possible to heal, grow, love and feel alive and passionate. If you yearn for deep, connected relationships with self and others, let’s connect because I know it is possible for you too. And I’m excited to guide you on your journey back to your heart!

From my heart, to yours,
