RechargHER: A Wellness Event for Teen Girls

RechargHER is a half-day wellness experience designed to help teen girls recognize, prevent, and recover from burnout. Through movement, mindfulness, connection, and powerful breakout sessions, girls will walk away feeling grounded, refreshed, and supported — mind, body, heart, and spirit.

This event is designed for high school girls.

Info: Girls will arrive, sign in, and be welcomed into the space.

Info: We will engage in grounding activity to calm our nervous system and help us be present and set an intention for the day.

Info: A fun, interactive activity where girls rotate through quick partner conversations and prompts to meet new people, discover shared interests, and build a sense of community.

Info: In this whole-group session, we’ll break down what burnout really is, why it happens, and how it shows up in both your mind and body.

Info: Participants will have an opportunity to build connections with each other over a shared meal.

Info: Participants will rotate through 3 interactive breakout sessions in small groups led by trained facilitators. Each sesssion is on a topic related to recognizing and addressing burn-out.

Info: A therapeutic experience where participants lie down and are immersed in a soundscape created by resonant instruments like crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and bells.

Info: In our closing reflection, participants will take a few moments to check in with themselves, celebrate what they gained today, and choose one small commitment to support their well-being moving forward.
