Recharge your life fitness classes at Phalen park

Join us for an invigorating series of fitness classes in the park, where community and health come together in a beautiful outdoor setting! Our recurring sessions are designed for all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. At BaddieX Wellness it is all about mental health and how you feel on the inside. These classes are not about losing weight it is about being yourself, getting up moving around, and making you feel happy!

Event Details:

Location: This class will be at Phalen park 4 times a month

Schedule: july 7,14,21, and 28th at 11 am-12pm

Duration: Ongoing throughout the summer

Class Offerings:

1. Yoga

2. Qi gong

1. Tai Chi
2. Kickboxing
3. Dance
4. Aerobics

Every class is different never the same each class!

What to Bring:

- Yoga mat or towel for yoga class

- Water bottle

- Comfortable workout attire

- Positive energy and enthusiasm!

Additional Information:

Registration: Classes are limited to 15 per class. There are two different classes at different times and locations. One location is at Minnehaha Falls and the second is at Phalen Park.

Cost: $20 for 4 classes which are month-long or $8 for drop-in classes only. Message me for any details please.
