The Edinburgh Yoga Rooms
Come and join Dina and Kirsten for an incredible day, surrounded by like minded ladies.
We will be holding space for you to disconnect from the stress and hustle and bustle of the everyday and fully immerse yourself in deep wellness practices.
We will cover:
Grounding, breath work, guided meditations and visualisations, Journaling and a full Sound and Gong bath session.
You will also have opportunity to reconnect with and nurture your inner child through RTT® hypnosis.
AND MORE (if you can believe it!!) 😂
We promise you, you will leave feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, reconnected and calm.
Lunch will be at Giuliano’s and snacks and a goody bag are all included!!!
