A decadent evening to Connect, Restore & Activate over 3hrs with a cacao ceremony, restorative yin, and Kundalini Activation.
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍:
The session commences with an intimate Cacao Ceremony and share circle.
Ritual and ceremony where the heart is open and activated (thank you cacao!) is a powerful way to set intention and open ourselves to receiving insight.
The evening follows with a powerful Kundalini Activation energy transmission - a path of surrender that supports us to let go of stale emotions, old programming, and trauma in the body, while activating and balancing the flow of lifeforce energy in the body.
We close with rejuvenating embodied movement (typically yin yoga) that will leave you feeling physically expansive and internally nourished.
During Kundalini Activation one can experience anything from energetic pulsations and surges, emotional release, catharsis, spontaneous movement, vivid visuals, and bliss states.
Linger around after the formalities if you would like to pull some oracle cards and mingle with the group.
