This International Women’s Day weekend, take a Saturday morning just for you. Join me for Recharge & Rise, a morning designed to help women release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their minds and bodies.

Here’s what’s in store:

• Light Yoga with Jacqueline – Jacqueline’s gentle, all-levels yoga is the perfect way to release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect with your body. No experience needed—just show up, breathe, and move at your pace.
• Health & Wellness Talk with Dr. Annaleeza Caputi – Dr. Caputi is a specialist in women’s health and hormones, and she’ll share insights on managing stress, supporting work-life balance, and caring for your body from the inside out. Her guidance will inspire you to make small changes that create real impact for your mind, body, and energy.

This is a morning to pause, breathe, and recharge. No emails. No deadlines. No pressure. Just you, other incredible women, and the tools to feel your best.
