Recess Academy: an Inner Child Workshop

From childish to childlike ➡️ Learn to embody leadership through the curious lens of your inner child and extract the wisdom from your adult Self to protect the legacy of childlike awe in everything you do.

This workshop is like none other of its type. Most inner-child workshops focus on the work and never include enough playtime. That's why we've designed this with improv comedy games to loosen us up, highlight the common threads in us all, and drive us home to our emotions while being super silly!

Of course we will also explore moments of deep silence and discussions about how to reconnect with our childliked wonder and ways to sew all of our seperate pieces of our personality back together.

Expect magic, reveals to questions you've been asking for what seems like forever, and a rediscovery of how big your heart really is.
