Join us for our Acro Yoga FUN-damentals Workshop—a beginner-friendly introduction to the art of moving in sync with another person. Acro blends yoga, partner work, and a touch of acrobatics to create connection, courage, and joy.
In this 90-minute class, you’ll:
- Learn the foundations of safe spotting, basing, and flying
- Explore fun beginner poses like Bird, Whale, and Throne (plus simple sequences)
- Build trust, strength, and communication in a supportive space
- Release fear, embrace curiosity, and laugh through the process
No partner is required—just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to play. You’ll leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and surprised by what’s possible when we work (and fly!) together.
