Join us and American Legion Post #49 for Reboot Thursdays, a 12-week peer-led program designed specifically for our local veterans and first responders.
This is a safe, judgment-free group setting where you can connect with others who share similar experiences and talk through mental health challenges. Whether you're navigating service-related trauma or just looking for a supportive community, this group is here to help you "lighten the load" in a neutral, low-pressure environment.
What to Expect:
🫂 Peer Connection: A dedicated hour to share experiences and build meaningful friendships.
🧠 Mental Health Support: Practical tools and conversations to help overcome trauma and improve well-being.
🍽️ Free Meal: Stay after the session to enjoy a meal provided for all attendees.
💙 Neutral Setting: No mandates, no clinical paperwork—just mutual respect and support.
