Rebirthing: The Primal Breathwork in the EESystem (Mid Day)

This intimate 75-minute session combines Primal Breathwork with the powerful energetic environment of the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem).

The EESystem is a technology designed to create a high-frequency energy field through a grid of 24 screens. This system generates scalar waves and bio-photonic light, supporting the body’s natural ability to rebalance, restore, and recharge. Many participants report deep relaxation, mental clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of energetic renewal while being inside the system.

Primal Breathwork is a conscious, connected breathing practice that activates life force energy and opens access to deeper layers of awareness. Through rhythmic breathing cycles, participants may experience emotional release, expanded clarity, nervous system regulation, and a stronger connection to inner wisdom.

The session includes:

• A short introduction, grounding and setting intention for this journey.

• Several guided circles of breath

• Immersive use of sound through headsets for a focused inner experience

• Silent integration while resting in the EESystem field

Breathwork will be done comfortably in the energetic space of the system, followed by quiet sitting to allow the body and nervous system to integrate the experience.
