Holotropic-Inspired Breathwork Journey
A safe space to breathe, release and reconnect.
Life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves.
Stress, responsibility, grief, anxiety and the pace of modern life can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our emotions and our breath.
This two-hour Holotropic-inspired Breathwork Journey offers an opportunity to slow down, let go of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive environment.
Using conscious connected breathing, carefully curated music through immersive wireless headphones, and guided facilitation, you’ll be invited into a deeper state of awareness where the body can naturally begin to release physical tension and stored emotions.
No two experiences are ever the same.
Some people experience profound relaxation.
Some experience emotional release.
Some gain clarity, insight or creativity.
Others simply leave feeling lighter, calmer and more present.
Whatever arises, you will be fully supported throughout the journey.

No previous experience is necessary. Beginners are warmly welcomed.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe freely. Avoid eating a large meal for around two hours before the session.
Important Information
This session is inspired by the principles of Holotropic Breathwork while being delivered within my own style of facilitation.
As breathwork can create powerful physical and emotional experiences, it may not be suitable for everyone.

About Your Facilitator
My name is Darren, founder of Pathways of Being.
Following my own personal journey of recovery and transformation, I spent a year in India training in Conscious Connected Breathwork, Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki and Ayurveda.
My intention is simple:
To create a safe, welcoming space where people can slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with themselves—without judgement, expectation or pressure.
