In this Re-Birthing Breathwork journey, you are invited to join a safe and sacred space, exploring the power of your breath. ❤
👉 As a bridge into the unseen, our breath is a tool to illuminate and heal ourselves from tension and stress held in our physical body, all the way into the very subtle energy body.
✨ Together, with the support of drums, Koshi chimes, crystal bowls, rainmakers, the voice and sound - we circle to set our intention and journey through deep relaxation, along with a visual meditation and into a 45 min breathwork session utilizing a slow and deep circular breath.
