🍫 We begin our evening with a heart opening Cacao ceremony. Mama cacao will guide us in connecting with our inner wisdom as we prepare our minds, heart & soul for the profound rebirthing breathwork experience.
✍🏼 There will be opportunity for journaling and optional sharing. This is a chance to express your thoughts and feelings, create intentions, and reflect on your personal journey. The power of connection to self and community brings an additional depth to your experience.

Rebirthing breathwork aligns beautifully with the insights of Bessel van der Kolk in "The Body Keeps the Score," emphasising that our bodies hold onto trauma and emotional pain. We carry this pain subconsciously without realising, in our day-to-day life. Repeating patterns and behaviours that aren't always in service to us.
