Rebirth: Breathwork & Sound Medicine

Just as nature resurrects new life outside we can use spring as a time to rebirth ourselves from inside.

Join us on Easter Sunday for an immersive experience of intuitive movement breathwork and sound healing that will guide you into Shuniya — a deep meditative state.

In this workshop you can release physical tension in the body clear emotional blockages and embrace a fresh start that is lighter and in alignment with your True Self. After the session you are invited to chill out over tea.

This workshop will be facilitated by Lori and BESITOS both of whom are certified yoga and breathwork teachers. No previous experience needed just curiosity and openness to try something new.
