About this Event

With hands-on guidance from start to finish, case in PalinLineArt's gorgeous illustrations of Helena and Kaine, and finish it with metallic HTV foil details. You will leave not only with a book you made by hand, but with the skills to recase and rebind books yourself, long after the workshop ends.

This is a proper "learn to do it yourself" afternoon and by the end you will understand how a cover is made and how to prepare a textblock for recasing.

• Take a hardcover apart safely without damaging the text block
• Build a brand new cover
• How to case it in
• Add HTV foil detailing
• The tips and tricks on recasing books
