Mushroom Monoprints

This is a printmaking workshop during which you will experiment with different methods of monoprinting. We will be using mushrooms as source of inspiration capturing some of their unique shapes and textures. Where possible we will use recently foraged specimens as well as an array of reference material.

My name is Andy Winn and I am a professional printmaker with well over 10 years of experience printing and lots of experience teaching the processes to others.

This workshop will take place in my studio 'Proof of York' which is located on the city walls at Micklegate Bar. This is a unique opportunity to particpate in a workshop in one of York's most historic buildings.

All materials you will need will be provided and the event is perfect for those with little or no experience of printmaking.
