This month, Carmen Gulliksen of Momba Promotions LLC is bringing a preview of her Realtor Safety and Situational Awareness workshop to What's Happening in Hanover for an interactive intro session. Carmen is a DPOR-approved CE instructor, a 30-plus year martial arts trainer, and a professional boxer who built this course specifically for real estate professionals and was also recently published in Real Estate Agent Magazine . The approach is grounded in real-world readiness, not fear-based tactics, and yes, you will be on your feet (bring your sensible shoes).
