REALTOR® Code of Ethics & Business Ethics ~ In Person

This in-person, 3-hour CE Express course, “Code of Ethics,” fulfills the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics training requirement and is approved for 3 hours of Business Ethics or Specialty CE credit. Through engaging discussion and real-world case studies, participants will explore key concepts in the Preamble and Articles 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 16 of the Code of Ethics. Attendees will examine the differences between general business ethics and the REALTORS® Code, identify potential violations, and learn how to apply ethical principles in everyday business. The course also covers the professional standards enforcement process, due process in hearings, and the use of the Pathways to Professionalism guidelines to elevate conduct in the field.
