You are warmly invited to give yourself the gift of deep rest in soulful community. This special edition of Community Yoga will be a gentle, candlelit restorative practice with sound bath to honor the inner stillness of MidWinter. Please arrive a bit early to settle in - you'll need lots of props! If you have blankets, bolsters, & blocks, please bring them - we ran out last time!
Class is on a sliding scale so that yogis experiencing all levels of financial diversity can attend (and we can cover the studio rent).
