We have a really fun show coming up on Friday January 16th at the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave)! Over the years, we would say that the 90’s is the most popular decade of music at our place! So we are bringing back an amazing Tribute to the 90’s, Really Big Shiny Tunes! Really Big Shiny Tunes played the Linsmore a couple of times and each time they have played our place, they have killed it! So we are stoked for this one! You’re going to hear all of your favourite music from the 90’s from grunge, to punk rock, this is going to be EPIC! The show starts at 9pm, tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door!
Really Big Shiny Tunes is your ultimate throwback to all genres 90s! Featuring two singers – one male and one female who switch between drums and vocals each set, they bring you a full night of all things 90s. Dance along to hard rock versions of Britney Spears, shake it to Outkast, and sing along to mashups like TLC/Weezer. Of course, no 90s night would be complete without Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, and Alice In Chains, to name a few. Toss in some Korn, System of a Down, and Deftones to make it a true mixtape of the 90s.
