Monthly Realization Process - Family Constellations Workshops
Presented by Sono Hashisaki
Tuesdays, July 14, August 11, September 8, 2026
6:30 – 9:30 pm
BALLARD HOMESTEAD, 6541 Jones Ave NW, Seattle, WA

Summer is the season of Fire in Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory. It is a time of connection, choice, and discernment about what to keep, what to let go of. It is also a time of ripening and fullness; letting the light of what is ready to be seen shine; to deepen into your own wholeness. What in you is calling to come forward?
Using Realization Process attunements, we will cultivate stillness and balance in ourselves. Systemic and Family Constellations can restore and deepen our experience of the flow of love in all our relationships; to see the strengths and challenges to belonging. My co-facilitators, Tanya Shapiro and Kali Arness, will alternate hosting with me. Issues and outcomes we may touch on include:an expanded view of family and systemic influences on challenges, problems or symptoms you may be experiencing;
* embodiment practices for integration and to stabilize our experience of greater wholeness.
* identifying and ‘being with’ sensitivities and held patterns, without prejudice or judgment;
* an expanded view of family/systemic influences on challenges, problems or symptoms;
* observing what is behind blocks regarding work, health, relationships, or finance;
* deep contact with ancestors, allies, and nature as our greatest belonging and resource;
* cultivating greater wholeness with the strengths of culture and lineage and other resources
Clients, representatives and facilitators will experience clear presence and greater discernment of tensions held in our bodies. Realization processes can unwind what is often unconscious gripping and help us stabilize into greater wholeness. This supports greater integration even as a constellation continues to unfold and deepen over time.

Sliding Fee: $50-$100 (sales tax included). Please register here or pay by cash, check or Venmo at the workshop.
