Realign Mini-Retreat

Join us for a special evening of intentional rest, regulation, and connection. This retreat is built upon the core components of movement, mindfulness, and community. We'll start with a cleansing ritual and intention-setting. You'll move through an energizing somatic exercise with strength-based movement session with Jules Foster. The journey continues with guided meditation during an outdoor sauna. Deep relaxation occurs during a Grounding Sound Bath with aromatherapy allowing for healing and stillness. There's also creative artmaking activity to realign as we close with a sharing circle. Enjoy nourishing dinner and drinks throughout the evening.
