The "Other Half" of Practice: Your "Yang" (power/vinyasa) practice builds muscle, but Yin targets the deep fascia and ligaments that active yoga canât reach.
Increased Range of Motion: Holding deep stretches for 3â5 minutes helps break up stagnant tissue, leading to more "opening" in your advanced poses.
Patience & Endurance: It challenges you to find stillness in discomfort, deepening your meditative capacity.
