The grassroots event will bring together educators, business leaders, and community partners for a series of actionable sessions focused on authentic learning strategies and innovative hiring models. By fostering direct dialogue between education and industry, the conference aims to cultivate the specific mindsets and skills necessary for long-term student and employee success. This conference seeks to leverage the entrepreneurial atmosphere of the eFactory to showcase the Springfield region’s leadership in workforce innovation while providing an accessible platform for community-wide professional development.
