About this Event
For men and women who want space to slow down, reflect, and have real conversations about mental health in our community.
This event brings together a Real Talk conversation facilitated by Blaise Harris, The Dope Black Therapist, followed by guided journaling led by Freda. The goal is simple: create a supportive space to talk, listen, and process in ways that feel comfortable and approachable.
You don’t have to share unless you want to. You can listen, write, or just sit in the room and take it in. A journal will be provided, along with guided prompts to help calm anxious thoughts and support reflection. Light refreshments will be available.
If you’ve been wanting to show up for yourself—or support someone else—this is a space where you’re welcome.
