An experiential evening of movement, play, vulnerability and authentic connection - beyond small talk and social scripts
About this Event

What if genuine connection wasn't about being more interesting, saying the right thing, or performing a version of yourself? Meaningful connection tends to emerge in a different way - when we feel safe enough to slow down and simply be ourselves.

Real Social Connections is an experiential workshop exploring the conditions that allow that kind of connection to happen, both within ourselves and between us.

Through somatic awareness and guided exercises, we'll experiment with different ways of being present with ourselves and each other - opportunities to notice what's happening inside you, express yourself honestly, and be met by others without needing to perform.

This isn't a networking event or a traditional social mixer. You won't be expected to be outgoing or "get connection right." Instead, you'll be invited to participate at your own pace and explore what feels natural and meaningful for you.

You don't need any previous experience - just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

My hope is that you'll leave with a little more connection to yourself, a little more openness toward others, and perhaps a new sense of what genuine connection can feel like.
