REAL REST: A Mattress Sound Bath Experience
You sleep. But when was the last time you actually rested?
Not scrolling-in-bed rest.
Not watching-TV-while-answering-texts rest.
Not “I’ll relax after I finish one more thing” rest.
We mean real rest.
ECHOES and Simple Sleep are coming together to turn a family-owned mattress showroom in Henderson into something completely different for the evening.
Instead of lying on a yoga mat or the floor, you'll choose a real mattress, get comfortable, pull up your blanket, close your eyes as you slide on your sleeping mask, and settle in for an immersive sound bath surrounded by crystal singing bowls, chimes, frequencies and sound.
For about an hour, there is nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to accomplish and nobody you need to respond to.
Your only job is to rest.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive, you'll check in and choose your mattress for the evening. We'll begin with a short grounding experience before settling into approximately 50–60 minutes of sound.
Afterward, we'll give everyone a few minutes to slowly come back, hang out, ask questions, connect and explore the showroom if you'd like.
And yes — falling asleep is completely allowed. We might even consider it a compliment.
COME SOLO OR SHARE A MATTRESS
Come by yourself and claim the whole mattress, or bring your partner, bestie, sibling, or favorite human!
Single Reservation — $45
One person • One mattress
Shared Reservation — $65
Two people • One mattress
Space is intentionally limited based on the number of available mattresses.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear something comfortable and bring your own blanket. You're also welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel extra cozy. Don't forget to bring some hydration as well!
We'll take care of the mattress and the sound.

REAL REST is a collaboration between ECHOES and Simple Sleep, a family-owned mattress store in Henderson.
It's part sound bath. Part ridiculously comfortable night out. And part reminder that maybe we don't need to get better at doing more.
Maybe we need to get better at actually resting.
