The Real Men Real Talk (RMRT) Mental Wellness Summit creates a powerful, culturally grounded space for men and families to take off the mask, redefine what strength looks like, and engage in honest conversations about mental health, trauma, healing, and purpose. We'll kick off with a Comedy set by Comedian Ron G. followed by a fireside chat.

This free, community‑centered summit blends conversation, screenings, resources, and connection—because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
