Brandi Shotwell is a Principal at Reno Capital Management (RCM) in Dallas, Texas, where she specializes in crafting innovative debt and equity strategies. With over two decades of experience in finance and real estate, Brandi has been instrumental in the success of real estate projects valued in the billions, spanning multifamily developments, commercial acquisitions, and large-scale commercial initiatives. Her expertise extends to securing capital for multifamily investors, high-net-worth individuals, municipalities, and manufacturing firms in rapidly growing markets.
Prior to founding RCM, Brandi served as Vice President at Edge Capital Markets in Dallas, leading strategic capital market transactions. Before that, she was a top-producing Vice President at Coronado Bay Capital, where she consistently outperformed in originations. Earlier in her career, Brandi co-founded Global Mortgage USA, showcasing her entrepreneurial acumen and leadership in the mortgage industry.
Brandi attended Purdue University Northwest, where she studied business and marketing. Brandi is widely recognized for her ability to navigate complex financing structures and deliver exceptional results. Her unmatched dedication and strategic vision have positioned her as a trusted leader in the industry.
