About this Event

REI Evolution Bham is a social and educational networking group that meets monthly in Birmingham AL. All experience levels are welcome. Come network with real estate professionals and service providers. The March event will include education segments on property inspections (utilizing inspection reports to draft scopes of work) presented by Cody McCandless CPI, Alabama licensed Home inspector, and Robert Howard local Investor and business owner explaining rental basics and Birmingham market rates. The special guest speaker will be Sean Chermer on leveraging private funds.
